Staff

Keith was born and raised in West Orange, New Jersey. He left there to attend college at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He joined the SonRise staff in August of 2016. His greatest passion is to use his God-given gifts and talents for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Teaching God’s Word, Strategic Planning, Team Building, Leadership Development and Project Management are at the top of his list. His favorite hobbies are playing cards, doing puzzles, and going on cruises with his wife Janice.

Carl is originally from Aberdeen, Maryland and started working at SonRise in 2016. He is most passionate about preaching and teaching God’s word. He loves seeing people come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus. Some of his favorite hobbies include cooking, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and kids.  

Tim is originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and started working at SonRise in July of 2011. He is most passionate about helping to usher people into the presence of God during Praise & Worship & equipping His followers to share their faith in His Son Jesus. In his free time you can find Tim playing sports and spending time with His family.

Jenna grew up in Berlin, Maryland. She graduated from Stephen Decatur High School and Salisbury University. She joined the SonRise staff the Summer of 2007, after volunteering for several years. She is most passionate about learning people’s stories and especially when she has the opportunity to help share those stories with our church. Her favorite hobbies are boating with her family, crafts, and being in bed by 10pm.

Dona is originally from Myerstown, Pennsylvania and started working at SonRise in May of 2015. She is a professional photographer and is most passionate about capturing the events at SonRise. Her favorite events to capture are the baptisms. In her free time you can find her taking pictures of nature in Ocean City or out on the boat with her family.

Heather is from East Hartford, Connecticut. She started working at SonRise in January 2021. She is most passionate about seeing children excited to come to church! Her favorite hobbies are walking, napping, and movie nights with her family.

Neil is from Crisfield, Maryland and started working at SonRise when they purchased the facility in July 2016. He is most passionate about repurposing all of the buildings so the Lord can reach future generations and in doing so getting new folks plugged into the King’s Craftsmen Team. He loves spending time with his grand kids and he also volunteers at Eastern Shore Hall of Fame Museum at Delmarva Shorebirds Stadium.

Pam has lived in Maryland all of her life. She moved to Berlin with her husband, Ken, in 2006 and they started attending SonRise in 2010. She began working at Open Hand Thrift Store when it opened in 2017. She is most passionate about helping young women know and understand that God has a plan and a purpose for their lives. She does this through mentoring, discipling, and Bible Studies. One of her favorite things is plants. She loves rooting, planting, and caring for plants. She also loves to read biographies, historical fiction, and the Bible, especially the Old Testament.

Tasha was born in Crisfield, MD and moved to Berlin when she was 4. She started working at SonRise in May of 2021. She is most passionate about loving others the way that Jesus does. Some of her favorite hobbies include baking and cooking.
